Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and set it aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the onion softens.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s melted and evenly distributed throughout the beef mixture.
Step 2: Make the Topping
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and egg. Mix until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the Pie
Spoon the beef and bacon mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Pour the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture over the top of the beef mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top for a fresh burst of color and flavor before serving.
