Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese: A Gooey, Flavorful Twist

Spread butter on the outside of both bread slices.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich

Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Place one slice of bread in the pan, buttered side down.
Layer mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and avocado on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper for extra flavor.
Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Step 3: Grill to Perfection

Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Carefully flip and grill the other side for another 2–3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.

Remove from the pan and let it cool for a minute before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
