Apple Walnut Salad with Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, apple slices, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and red onion.

Make the Vinaigrette:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Slowly stream in the olive oil, whisking constantly until the dressing is emulsified and smooth.

Assemble the Salad:
