Apple Pecan Cake with Caramel Glaze: A Warm and Cozy Delight

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan or bundt pan.
In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, and applesauce.
Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chopped apples and pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 2: Make the Caramel Glaze
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in brown sweetener and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Step 3: Assemble and Serve
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle the warm caramel glaze over the top.
Sprinkle with extra pecans if desired.
Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy!
