Apple Cranberry Coleslaw

Prepare the Vegetables – In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, and grated carrots.

Add the Fruit – Add the julienned apple and dried cranberries to the cabbage mixture. Stir to combine.

Make the Dressing – In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss and Chill – Pour the dressing over the cabbage and fruit mixture. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

Serve – Let the coleslaw chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
