Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the oil, egg, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
Gradually stir in the flour until a soft dough forms. It should not be sticky but easy to handle.
Press the dough evenly into a parchment-lined baking dish (9×13-inch works well).
2. Add the Filling:
Sprinkle the ground roasted almonds evenly over the biscuit base, gently pressing them into the dough.
3. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
4. Top with Chocolate and Coconut:
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Drizzle or spread melted chocolate over the top.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut, if using.
Allow to set completely before slicing into squares or bars.
