All-in-1 Master Tonic Shots: Fire Cider with Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Clove, Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, and Honey

Combine the Ingredients: In a jar or bottle, add the apple cider vinegar, honey, turmeric, cayenne pepper, ginger, cinnamon, garlic, and lemon juice.

Add Cloves (Optional): If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add whole cloves to the mixture for added benefits and a more intense taste.

Mix Well: Close the jar tightly and shake it well to combine all the ingredients. Let it sit in a cool, dark place for 5-7 days. Shake the jar once or twice a day to mix the ingredients.

Strain the Mixture: After 5-7 days, strain the fire cider through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the solids. You’ll be left with a tangy, spicy tonic.

Store and Serve: Store the strained fire cider in the refrigerator for up to a month. Serve 1-2 tablespoons as a daily shot, or mix it with warm water or tea if preferred.
