Air Fryer Pull-Apart Garlic Cheese Bread

Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for 15-30 seconds.
Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cut the Bread:

Place the sourdough loaf horizontally on a cutting board.
Using a serrated knife, make diagonal cuts about 2/3 of the way through, avoiding cutting all the way through the bread.
Keep the edges intact, leaving about 1 inch from the corners.
Fill with Cheese & Garlic Butter:

Use a spoon to drizzle the garlic butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese into each cut, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
Air Fry the Bread:

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Place the bread in the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Serve & Enjoy:

Carefully remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute.
Serve warm and pull apart to enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
