Air Fryer Indian Tandoori Chicken: A Flavorful and Quick Delight

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.
Add the chicken to the marinade and coat it evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Cook the Chicken

Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket, making sure it’s not overcrowded to allow even cooking.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. The chicken should be golden and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Step 4: Serve and Garnish

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with naan, rice, or a side of your favorite vegetables.
