In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed. Add the steak pieces and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes.
Toss and Air Fry:
After marinating, toss the steak pieces and halved mini bell peppers in olive oil. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap too much for even cooking. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
Garnish and Serve:
Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
