Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken tenders dry and season them with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Prepare for Air Frying: Lightly coat the chicken with cooking spray. If using panko, press the tenders into the crumbs for extra crispiness.

Air Fry the Tenders: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the chicken in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).

Make the Honey Butter Garlic Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in the honey.

Coat the Tenders: Toss the air-fried chicken tenders in the honey butter garlic sauce until fully coated.

Serve and Enjoy: Plate the tenders immediately while they’re warm, sticky, and delicious!
