Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers: A Crispy and Flavorful Delight

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. The mixture should form a thick, garlicky paste.

Marinate the chicken:
Add the cubed chicken breast pieces to the bowl with the marinade. Toss the chicken to ensure it’s evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors soak into the chicken. For best results, marinate for 1-2 hours.

Skewer the chicken:
After marinating, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, ensuring they are spaced evenly. This will help the chicken cook uniformly in the air fryer.

Air fry the chicken skewers:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook the skewers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until the chicken is golden brown, crispy on the outside, and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

Garnish and serve:
Once the chicken skewers are done, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch, marinara, or a tangy garlic butter sauce.
