Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Prepare the Potatoes: Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Air Fry the Potatoes: Spread them in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Prepare the Steak: While the potatoes cook, season steak bites with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Add Steak to the Air Fryer: After 10 minutes, push the potatoes to one side and add the steak bites to the basket. Cook for 5–6 more minutes, shaking halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
Toss and Serve: Once the steak and potatoes are done, toss them in the garlic butter sauce and serve immediately.
