Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes: A Quick and Savory Meal

Prepare the steak and potatoes: Start by cutting the steak into bite-sized cubes and the potatoes into small, even cubes. Pat both dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up in the air fryer.
Season the steak and potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, half of the garlic, dried rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, toss the potato cubes with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook the potatoes: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Cook the steak: While the potatoes are cooking, toss the steak bites in a little more oil and season with salt and pepper. After the potatoes have cooked for 15 minutes, add the steak to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
Prepare the garlic butter sauce: While the steak and potatoes are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
Toss with garlic butter: Once the steak bites and potatoes are cooked, transfer them to a bowl and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
