Season the Steak:
While the potatoes are cooking, toss the steak cubes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add Steak to the Air Fryer:
Once the potatoes are partly cooked, add the steak bites to the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Drizzle over the steak and potatoes immediately after cooking, and sprinkle with dried or fresh parsley.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
