Air Fryer Breaded Chicken Wings: Crispy, Juicy, and Full of Flavor

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy coating. Set them aside.
Set Up the Breading Station:

In one bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In a second bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese (if using).
Coat the Wings:

Dredge each chicken wing in the flour mixture, coating it evenly. Shake off any excess.
Dip the floured wing into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess egg to drip off.
Finally, coat the wing in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coat.
Air Fry the Wings:

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Arrange the breaded chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Spray the tops of the wings lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
Air fry the wings at 380°F (193°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C) when done.
Serve:

Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces, like ranch, buffalo sauce, or honey mustard.
