1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers) (150 grams)

How to Make:
Prep the Veggies: Wash and finely chop the vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces. You can use a food processor to make the process quicker and more consistent.

Cook the Veggies: In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
