4 medium russet potatoes
1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
4 slices turkey or plant-based bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions

1. Preheat:
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prep the Potatoes:
Scrub and dry the potatoes. Pierce each one with a fork, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
3. Cook Whole Potatoes:
