These mini pizzas are a perfect veggie snack that’s easy to make and so tasty, you’ll find yourself cooking them twice a week!

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1/2 cup (100 ml) warm water

1/2 cup (120 ml) warm milk

1 tablespoon (10 g) sugar

1 teaspoon (5 g) dry yeast

2.5 cups (350 g) flour

Salt, to taste

Olive oil, for greasing

For the Filling:
1 green pepper, chopped

1 red pepper, chopped

(Additional toppings: You can add cheese, onions, or other veggies of your choice.)
