This creamy pasta with cheese and green leaf sauce is a decadent dish that combines the richness of cheese, the freshness of spinach and basil, and the savory depth of shrimp. It’s perfect for a cozy dinner or impressing guests at a special occasion!

Ingredients
For the Pasta:
8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or fusilli works well)

Salt, for boiling water

For the Cheese Sauce:
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

1 cup (100 g) shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Green Leaf Sauce:
1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup (15 g) fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove

1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable broth

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Shrimp:
5 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For Garnish:
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped
