This flavor-packed rice bowl combines juicy grilled chicken with creamy garlic tahini rice for a satisfying and nutritious meal.

Ingredients:
For the Grilled Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cumin (optional)

Juice of ½ lemon

1 cup jasmine or basmati rice

2 cups chicken broth or water

2 tablespoons tahini
