8 oz rigatoni pasta

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb crab legs, pre-cooked

1 lobster tail, halved

1 cup flour

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

Oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste
