Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp salt

¾ cup warm water (adjust as needed)

1 tsp vegetable oil

For the Dipping Sauce (Optional):
2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp chili sauce or paste (optional)

1 tsp sugar
