Mango Tapioca, also known as Mango Sago, is a refreshing and creamy dessert that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the chewy texture of sago pearls and the richness of condensed milk. This tropical treat is perfect for hot summer days or as a delightful after-meal dessert!

Ingredients:

3 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 can (370 ml) condensed milk (kremdensada)

1 can (370 ml) evaporated milk

1 all-purpose cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

1 can nata de coco (coconut gel), drained and chopped

1 cup small sago (tapioca pearls), cooked (white/clear)

25g yellow gelatin powder (mango flavor)
