Ingredients

2 cups shredded cabbage (approx. 150g)
1 medium carrot, grated (approx. 70g)
1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise (60ml)
2 tablespoons lime juice (30ml)
1 teaspoon honey (5g)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (2g)
Salt to taste
For the Fried Halloumi:
8 ounces halloumi cheese (approx. 225g), sliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour (120g), for coating
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (2g)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (1g)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1g)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (0.5g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml), for frying
For Assembly:
8 small corn or flour tortillas
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Lime wedges, for serving
