Introduction
This classic Greek salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish featuring crisp vegetables, briny Kalamata olives, and creamy feta cheese, all tossed in a simple yet flavorful dressing. Perfect as a light meal or a side dish, this salad brings the taste of the Mediterranean to your table in minutes.

Ingredients
For the Salad:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons fresh oregano or parsley, chopped
For the Dressing:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

How to Make
