In a food processor, blend dates, oat flakes, and your chosen nuts until you get a sticky mixture that holds together when pressed.
Shape:
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls or press into a small lined baking dish to make bars. Chill in the fridge while preparing the chocolate.
Melt Chocolate:
Melt the dark chocolate with the vegetable oil using a microwave (30-second bursts) or double boiler until smooth.
Coat:
Dip each ball or drizzle the bars with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top immediately.
Chill & Serve:
Place in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!
