5-Ingredient No-Bake Crunchie Slice

Place the Digestive biscuits in a large ziplock bag or bowl and crush them into small pieces. You can do this by using a rolling pin or a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs but with some larger chunks for texture.
Mix the Base:

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, condensed milk, and melted butter (100g). Stir until everything is well mixed, ensuring the biscuit crumbs are fully coated with the mixture.
Add the Crunchie Bars:

Gently fold in the chopped Crunchie bars. Make sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture for that perfect crunch in every bite.
Set the Slice:

Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tray or dish (approximately 8×8 inches). Press down firmly to ensure the mixture is compact and even.
Make the Chocolate Topping:

Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth, then pour the melted chocolate over the biscuit mixture, spreading it evenly across the top.
Chill and Serve:

Place the slice in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours (or overnight) to set. Once firm, cut it into squares or bars for serving.
Topping (Optional):

For an extra touch, melt the remaining 10g of butter and drizzle it over the set chocolate topping. You can also sprinkle extra chopped Crunchie bars on top for added crunch!
