4-Ingredient Biscoff Lasagne: A Sweet, No-Bake Dessert Delight

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated, creating a light and creamy filling.
Step 2: Assemble the Lasagne
Lightly grease a 9×9-inch or similar-sized dish.
Begin by layering the Biscoff cookies at the bottom of the dish. You may need to break a few cookies to fit the bottom evenly.
Spread a layer of the cream cheese filling on top of the cookies.
Repeat the process, layering cookies and cream cheese filling, until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese filling on top.
Step 3: Chill and Serve
Cover the dish and refrigerate the lasagne for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up.
Once chilled, slice and serve the Biscoff lasagne. Optionally, you can garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies on top for extra texture and flavor.
