3-Ingredient Sugar-Free Peanut Date Bites – A Healthy 5-Minute Dessert

In a food processor, combine the roasted peanuts and pitted dates.

Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and starts to come together in a sticky dough-like consistency.

Form the Bites:

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

If the mixture is too sticky to handle, lightly wet your hands to make rolling easier.

Coat with Sesame Seeds:

Pour some sesame seeds into a shallow bowl.

Roll each peanut date ball in the sesame seeds, ensuring it’s fully coated.

Chill and Serve:

For a firmer texture, place the bites in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to set.

Once ready, serve and enjoy!
