3-Ingredient Chocolate Yogurt Cake

Preheat and Prepare the Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cocoa powder, and sugar (or your preferred sweetener) until smooth and well combined.

Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The cake should have a slightly firm texture but remain moist inside.

Cool and Serve:
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve as-is or with a dusting of powdered sugar.
