3-Ingredient Cheese Balls

In a bowl, mix the grated mozzarella cheese, cornstarch, egg, and optional salt. Stir with a spoon until everything is well combined.

Knead the Dough:
Use your hands to knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.

Form the Balls:
Shape the dough into small balls and place them in a greased pan.

Chill the Balls:
Refrigerate the cheese balls for 30 minutes to firm them up.

Heat the Oil:
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Make sure there’s enough oil to cover the cheese balls when frying.
