3-Ingredient Cheese Balls

Once the oil is hot, fry the cheese balls until golden brown, which should take about 2-3 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook.

Drain and Serve:
Remove the cheese balls from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve warm.

Yield:
About 28 small cheese balls

Tips
Add herbs: For extra flavor, try adding oregano or other herbs like thyme or basil to the mixture before forming the balls.
Serve with dipping sauces: These cheese balls are great with a side of marinara sauce or your favorite dip.
Enjoy these crispy and cheesy bites as a snack or appetizer at your next gathering!
