Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a tart or cake pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until well combined.
Add in the melted butter and stir until smooth.
Sift in the flour and mix until the batter is lump-free and silky.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for about 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Best served warm or at room temperature.
