Zucchini and Cheese Pancakes

Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture into the skillet. Use the back of the spoon to flatten the mixture slightly into pancake shapes. Cook each pancake for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Serve:

Once cooked, remove the pancakes from the skillet and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve warm.
