Ingredients:

1 ½ cups semolina

½ cup plain yogurt

½ cup sugar

½ cup melted unsalted butter (or ghee)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for texture)

¾ cup sugar

½ cup water

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp lemon zest

Optional: 1 tsp orange blossom water or rose water
