Ultimate Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich

Soak the chicken tenders in buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for at least 1 hour (overnight for the best results).
2. Coat & Fry:
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
Dip the marinated chicken in the beaten egg, then dredge it in the flour mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry the chicken for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
3. Make the Buffalo Sauce:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
Toss the fried chicken tenders in the buffalo sauce to coat them thoroughly.
4. Assemble the Sandwich:
Toast the brioche bun until golden and slightly crispy.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom bun. Add pickle slices and stack the saucy fried chicken on top.
Top the chicken with crushed tortilla chips for an extra crunch, drizzle with ranch dressing, and close with the top bun.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
Serve your Ultimate Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich with a side of crispy fries and enjoy the crispy, spicy, and saucy perfection!
