Ultimate Shrimp Grilled Cheese with Garlic Bread: A Gourmet Twist on a Classic Comfort Food

In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter Coating:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. This will create the flavorful garlic butter coating for the outside of the bread.
Assemble the Grilled Cheese:

Butter one side of each slice of bread with the garlic butter mixture. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
On each slice, layer with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add a generous portion of the cooked shrimp on top of the cheese.
Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
Grill the Sandwiches:

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted. You may need to press down gently with a spatula to ensure an even toast.
Serve:

Once the sandwiches are grilled to perfection, remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and added freshness.
Serve the Ultimate Shrimp Grilled Cheese with Garlic Bread hot and enjoy!
