Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce. Toss the wings in the sauce and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes to let it set.
Spicy Asian Glaze:
Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and chili flakes. Toss the wings in the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
