Ultimate Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burger


Mix the Burger Patty Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well incorporated.

Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, pressing gently to flatten them to your desired thickness.

Cook the Patties: Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).

Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan or under a broiler until golden brown.

Assemble the Burgers: Place each cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of a toasted bun. Add any desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato, or pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve: Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite side dish, such as crispy fries, salad, or coleslaw.
