Turmeric Golden Milk: The Ancient Drink That Will Change Your Life

Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling.

Add the Spices:
Stir in the ground turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and ginger (if using). Whisk everything together to ensure the spices are evenly distributed in the milk.

Sweeten the Milk:
If you prefer a little sweetness, add honey or maple syrup to taste. Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor, if desired.

Simmer and Stir:
Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the spices from settling at the bottom.

Serve:
Once the milk has turned a beautiful golden color and the spices have infused, pour the golden milk into a mug. Enjoy it hot, and sip slowly to relax and unwind.
