If using fresh fruit, rinse the strawberries and peel the mango. Cut both into chunks.
If using frozen fruit, there’s no need to thaw them beforehand.
2. Blend the Smoothie
In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, coconut water or fruit juice, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup.
Add a handful of ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder texture.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and Adjust
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more liquid to reach your desired consistency.
4. Serve
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a few extra fruit slices or a mint sprig if desired, and serve immediately.
