Tropical Pineapple Bacon Cheese Ball

Prepare the Cheese Mixture – In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, crushed pineapple, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Form the Cheese Ball – Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Use your hands to shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap the cheese ball tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.

Prepare the Coating – In a separate bowl, combine the crumbled bacon and chopped pecans (if using).

Coat the Cheese Ball – After the cheese ball has chilled, carefully roll it in the bacon and pecan mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks evenly.

Garnish and Serve – Garnish the cheese ball with a little fresh parsley for a pop of color. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
