Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef (or sliced beef) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon if using ground beef.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano, then set aside.
Prepare the Pizza Dough:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using homemade dough, roll it out on a floured surface into your desired shape and size. If using store-bought dough, follow the instructions on the package.
Transfer the dough to a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
Assemble the Pizza:
Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the prepared pizza dough.
Evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture over the sauce.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the beef.
Bake the Pizza:
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Slice and serve hot!
