Lightly dip each cookie in the milk (don’t soak—just a quick dip).
Place a layer of cookies at the bottom of your dish.
Spread a generous layer of dulce de leche over the cookies.
Repeat:
Continue layering dipped cookies and dulce de leche until all ingredients are used, finishing with dulce de leche on top.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the cookies to soften and flavors to meld.
Serve:
Slice or scoop into servings.
