Ingredients:
500g (1 lb) white fish fillets (like cod, tilapia, or haddock)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

1 cup tomato sauce (optional, for serving)
