Shape the Meatloaf:
Transfer the meat mixture to a greased baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
Bake the Meatloaf:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top of the meatloaf, spreading it evenly. Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
Top with Bacon & Cheese:
In the last 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top of the meatloaf. Let it bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve & Enjoy:
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it up and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
