Marinate the Fish:
Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Steam the Fish:
Set up a steamer or place a heatproof dish inside a large pot with a few inches of simmering water.
Arrange the marinated fish in the dish and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
Cover and steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve:
Transfer the fish to a serving plate, spooning over the aromatic sauce.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
