Tender Steak Bites in Garlic Butter with Creamy Parmesan Sauce: A Decadent Delight

Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak cubes in batches (to avoid overcrowding the pan). Sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Butter:

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
If using, add fresh thyme or rosemary for extra flavor. Stir to combine.
3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

To the same skillet, pour in the chicken or beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan for extra flavor.
Add the heavy cream and butter, and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
4. Combine Steak Bites and Sauce:

Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the creamy Parmesan sauce until evenly coated.
Let everything cook together for 1-2 more minutes to ensure the steak bites are heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
5. Serve:

Serve the steak bites immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or basil if desired. These are delicious served over mashed potatoes, rice, or with a side of roasted vegetables.
