Ingredients
For the shortcrust base:

75 g (1/3 cup) sugar

500 g (2 cups) quark or cream cheese
100 ml (about 1/2 cup) milk
100 ml (about 1/2 cup) vegetable oil
125 g (1/2 cup) sugar
2 eggs
1 packet vanilla pudding powder (or 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tsp vanilla extract)
Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
For the meringue topping:
3 egg whites
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
